RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Travopac is committed to providing full customer satisfaction with respect to the products available on our website, along with secure shopping and dependable customer assistance. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can choose to return it.
NOTE: Please return any defective product unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging, along with the invoice for a refund. You must report any defect within 7 days of receiving the product by contacting us at travopac@gmail.com. Once your order has been placed and shipped, you may initiate a return by clicking on the “Return Order” tab. For details on refund eligibility, please see the “Refund” section below.

7-DAY RETURN POLICY FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS ONLY
If the delivered product is damaged or otherwise unsatisfactory, you may return it unused, in its original packaging, along with the invoice for a refund or store credit. Our courier partner will pick up the return from the address you provide and return it to us.
RETURN CHARGES
- Domestic Orders: For returns within India, our courier partner will pick up the item from your address. No additional shipping charges apply for returning the product.
HOW TO INITIATE THE REFUND PROCESS?
- Click the “Return Order” tab within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Wait for a confirmation email or call from Travopac’s customer support before returning the product.
- Ensure that all products are returned in their original condition, unaltered and unused.
- Include the invoice or guarantee card within the return package. Without these, the return will not be processed.
NOTE: We cannot accept return requests after 7 days from the product’s delivery date.
REFUND
Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned product at our warehouse. The product must be in unused condition, in its original packaging, and with all original tags and the invoice. If these conditions are not met, a refund may not be possible.
Once the refund process is initiated, the amount will be credited to your account via the original payment method or by cheque if the original payment card is no longer in use.
- Online Payments: Refunds for online payments will be processed within 10-15 working days from the receipt of the returned product(s) at Travopac’s warehouse.
EXCHANGE & REPLACEMENT
We regret to inform that exchanges and replacements are not possible for products purchased on our website.
